Cannot get my car fixed - motor plan renewal pendi

So I renewed my motor plan signed everything and got all the paper work done about a month ago, bank started billing me and all is good.

approximately a month later I experience a problem with my car on 13th Nov. which now requires a purchase of a new clutch-kit and knowing I pay for my motor plan, took it to another Kia (Bryanston) all was good till I got a call from them that they cannot get my car fixed because they can't get authorization from motor-plan supplier: missing documentation.

Called Kia (Fountains) and was promised it'd be sorted by Friday (15th Nov.) by Rachael who unfortunately was not in today and Monday because she is sick.

I was lucky to get hold of Sales Manager who promised that it'll be sorted (On Monday) and they have someone assisting on Rachael's absence but how long does it take to contact Liquid Capital sort-out my paper work so that Kia Bryanston can get authorization to get my clutch kit fixed???

Tuesday afternoon and I still have to make calls to try get feedback on something that should have been sorted out in a day and no one knows what is going on there while my poor car is stuck in Bryanston and I have to rely on public transport!!!
