Lack of response to deposit request

About two weeks ago i rented a car and was involved in a accident, the accident was reported the third party agreed to pay the damages. europcar was given the report with all the details.
ezikiel 0832542077 was given the information and to date nobody answers my querries about what is going on and when will i get my deposit back again.
