Dismayed on the Audi

After sale service has not been as pleasant and efficient prior to my previous purchase of my Audi A3.

Thou a relationship was built with the sales assistance however, it felt as if the salesman made empty promises to my parts awaited part - and of which I still have not received confirmation. The service received was brought to the Head of Sales Manager, still unsatisfied with the reverts - it was a NO REVERT bases.
I did inform the manager that I had no phone therefore he would have to liaise with me via email.

I expected the same service to my second purchase.

I am just not satisfied how the service was received and reverts were not provided. I too, was generously enough to assist on a personal purchase, and yet, till today payment on the personal purchase of garment has not been settled and it is almost a year.
Although, I would like to state - when the manager had a word with the salesman. I received a disappointment conversation from the salesman.

All I want is after sale service to be as impeccable as before and to have the salesman to settle his debt, apologies from the salesman and manager for not making any contacts after complaint a NOT DISAPPOINTMENT CALL
