MY ACOUNT WAS DEBITED WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION

I was involved in a accident and my insurance hired a car from Avis Midrand for me and they paid for the car hire, I had to pay a deposit of R750 which was going to be refunded to me when I return the car. I paid the R750 and 3 months later my account was debited with another R329 without my authorisation got an update via myupdate from FNB.

I feel this is very unethical and I consider this.
