No delivery and can't get money back

After trying to get delivery of skip it was supposed to come on a specific day which never materialized. Now trying to get back R1350.00 back and they will not respond to any emails. I have a track of every email that I ever sent them and their previous responses to late delivery and then no delivery. We just want our money back...
