BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently bought a car from the above mentioned dealer. The car was financed by Standard Bank. I was further assisted by standard bank purchacing unit. Upon contacting the Bank that I wanted a car I was asked if they should also assist with securing the car from a dealer. I elected that option. At the dealer I dealt with Quintin Bridges. Initially his qoute on car reguistration fees was unacceptable to me as I had made enquiries at the Traffic on the costs involved. Upon telling him that his fees were not consistent with the actual Traffic costs he changed his qoute and said he will pay the fees as well as attending to the registration of the car. However he has not done so. He sent me an email after the car had been delivered indicating that the Traffic office at Barberton refuses to issue the license disk to him as a dealer and that they are insisting I should it. When I asked him what is going to the fees involved he arrogantly told me that so far he has spent R1800 going to my home town and that if I knew mathematics I would realise that he has spent more money on me. I find this a very bad customer and it is fair I am refunded what I spent on registration
