Update from issue dating back to 25 September 2013

Another 18 days has passed since I last updated on the progress.

After sending DAILY emails to Etienne, he has twice confirmed that he will be refunding my money, but as things stand, this has still not happened.

Etienne has utter disregard to other people, and takes zero responsibility to get this done.

This is a mere 5 minute fix, that has now been dragged on for two months.

BEWARE before you pay any money over.
