At this point we have (my mother) been driving and an obvious fail in suspension/steering column caused us to smash into a concrete barrier almost totally loosing control of the car, this happened a day before a long trip to Durban in my opinion they still fail to take into accountability that it is a manufacturing fault on the car and doesn't fall under the warranty it was a life threatening situation after going around in loops with the call centre and a repair contractor the problem or cause of the problem is yet to be found! its like a smack in the face considering the situation. Technically speaking it's like we as customers are to be blamed for manufacturing faults on a luxury car. Heavily Disappointed BMW 323i
