Car rental concluded on 22/12/2013, on 30/12/2013 I contacted Europcar to enquire why the deposit is not repaid as they promised. I was informed that they had not invoiced the contract yet and that there was no problem regarding the rental agreement.
I have dealt with Europcar overseas without any problems whatsoever, however in RSA it appears that Imperial is not able to run a professional service as in a first world country. It is shocking that an international franchise does not operate in RSA like in the rest of the world.
Imperial's billing department went to sleep in December... shame on you Imperial!
Imperial now owes me the interest on my deposit of R8700 which they are gladly hanging on to.
