On 29Jan I returned a car 2 days earlier and hired a smaller car for the balance of the 2 days. At the time I was assured a refund would be made for the cost difference.
No refund received, so e mails were sent to [Email Removed] on 26April, 9June and 18June.
None of these have even been acknowledged.
This is simply not acceptable from a company of the size and reputation of Avis, who on previous rentals over the past 3 years have provided excellent service.
