I recently took my Ford to Basil Green Edenvale for the first time for a service under warranty.

They seemed to be very efficient so the customer service was good but upon having my car returned the following became evident in the next few days following the service:

I saw that my service book had not been signed and now have to drive there specially so they can sign it, my brakes that had been replaced but they are still squeaking, I was told my wind screen wipers had been checked but they are not working properly and my oil cap was not replaced correctly which led to oil spilling on my engine and me having to replace oil (luckily I had the good sense to pick up something was wrong).

This has been a very disappointing and completely inconvenient experience!
