I ordered a parcel from Germany to South Africa through DHL. Despite charging me about R1000 for speedy delivery on the 6th, I received NOTHING! And even worse, they do not respond to my emails or telephone calls. This seems very "fly by night" behaviour for a big company. I am disgusted at how difficult it is to deal with them, and their non performance, let alone my missing parcel! Can someone please contact me urgently!!!
