I' ve bought a Nissan X-trail at Hyhundai Bedford view. After a while the lacquer on the car started to peel. I took it to a panel beater who told me the car had hail damage in the past which was not declared by Hyundai.
I send Hyundai Bedfordview 5 or more emails with no response. I've contacted Hyundai head office and emailed the complaint.
Then I went to the consumer board. They mailed and phoned them and they promised to respond.
UP to date no response. They don't have the decency to respond to clients, they have a bad attitude towards clients who complain. They don't only have to respond to me but also to the local consumer board.
