I had a problem with my car and went to Value Spares in Selverton to buy part and they referredme to mechanic called Dumisani, the service that i got from Dumisani it was very unprofessional and he had a bad attitude, on Wednesday 12 November 13, i had a problem with my car and Dumisani asked me to buy parts from value spare so that he can installed then, they following day i got stacked and i tried to call him and said he is coming until today he is ignoring my calls, i am so frustrated that i cant use my car and a have paid him already and i dont know how much damage he did on my car
i have a problem with Value referring unprofessional people to mechanic like Dumsani who is not trusted .i don't know how maney people were referred to him and received bad service like i did.
1. Dumisani will not provide you with a slip that he has done a certain job.
2. we don't know the warranty after fixing your car
