I hate to complain as I really love my Mini Cooper S but unfortunately I will NEVER buy a mini again due to the terrible service I have received. A few months ago, my vehicle just wouldn't start, they had to come and tow her away and took her to Lyndhurst Mini. Luckily a courtesy mini was provided, however 4 WEEKS later I still had not got my car back. Eventually they called advising I could collect her, only to have smoke coming out my bonnet and engine overheating only 20 km's away from the dealership. They towed her away again, I was then made to drive all the way to the airport to collect a rent vehicle. A few months later for the regular service, I dropped her off at 8:00 and by 17:00 I still had not heard from them, my lift dropped me off there at 17:10 I only left at 18:30!!! Now trying to get home on a Sunday evening and my car just wont start, i called mini assist at 17:30 and eventually got someone to jump start me at 20:00. The next morning I needed a jump start again. I phone mini Sandton to be told I can only be fitted in on THURSDAY (its Monday) Lyndhurst will take her but must keep her for 3 days and cannot priovide a vehicle for the meantime. This is unacceptable!
