On Monday the 4th of November 2013, Fast and Furious Couriers delivered a washing machine that my fiance had won. They failed to contact us to see if anyone would be home to accept delivery. Luckily I happened to be at home. A man and his wife delivered the machine and upon entering my home, asked if I live alone so said no. The man then asked to use my bathroom so I showed it to him, while he was there, his wife asked for water, so I gave her tap water which she complained was not fridge water. The man came back from the bathroom and asked me to sign a form and eventually they left. I found my toilet seat covered in urine from the man! Then today, Friday 8 November 2013, the man arrived back complaining that he took the wrong form and saying I must let him in to sort it out so I said no, my fiance and I will sort it ourselves and he left. I find this behaviour disgusting and would like to lay a complaint with management, however I can't find a website or contact details for this company, so if anyone has any details please let me know ASAP
