Shocking Service and real bad attitude

I took my girlfriend's VW Polo Playa in to have her flicker fixed. It made a terrible noise (a short) when flickering to the left. We booked the vehicle in and upon returning the afternoon we found that they left the vehicle in the street, window down, doors unlocked and the gear lock was lying on the floor. When collecting the keys we've noted that the vehicle's remote control was missing. They claimed that it wasn't them who lost it and pretended that we're... the remote is still missing and we wouldn't have removed the remote... we NEVER do. When leaving their premises we found that the terrible noise has now gotten worse!!! Switching on the radio, turning, flickering etc. etc., it goes on at any given moment and would stop for no apparent reason. This after we paid R600 to have it fixed!!! Mark has offered to have a look at the work Gavin has done and would see if he can "make up" a new remote. The service I'm getting from Diane and the tone of her voice when speaking to a customer is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
