Serious problem which must be resolved immediately

Last year I bought 2cars @ VW Silverlake in august last year.just like ussual the sales person decided to do what he wants and not what the client wants! I told him I want a POLo Sedan Comfortline 2012 (fullhouse) he sold me a demo that looks like a comfortline but inside its a Trendline! I traded in a 2010 Renault Megane for 2cars. Then the second car was a Hyndai i10, he said its an i10 GLS HS (highspec) it turns out that it wasn't a high spec i10. I've double checked with reliable sources! Its a normal i10 and has lots of issues with the gear and it had cracked tires when I received it. The polo is fine but it is not what I purchased. Both this cars don't have Service books or any service history. I've called almost everyday since I've got the 2cars but no one has bothered to offer any help what so ever. Worst of all the Sales person resigned then the manager acted like its the sales persons fault and since he's left they can't help! Last week I took the polo in for service and had to pay about R2500 because I found out the polo does not have a serviceplan but when I bought the car they said it had a service plan but the hyndai doesn't so I bought a serviceplan for the i10.
