Cape motor city called me back on the day i posted the complaint.
Cape motor city actually handled it very nicely according to my finance people. They also refunded me a months premuim and gave me a holiday away for two, to any distination in Western cape of my choosing.
Guess I was really angry at the time but all is in order now and im very happy with the service received from them.
