No response on my Firestone all road hazaguarantee

I purchased two Firestone tyres from Tyre Mart about a month and a half ago. Megan took my details as I qualified for the Firestone all hazard guarantee. After following up on two occasions I still have not heard from Tyre Mart with regards to when I will receive my Firestone All Road Hazard Gaurantee which is what swayed to buy Firestone tyres.
