Seven Seas can't tell me where my goods are!!!

I have used this company on a few occasions and have always enjoyed their service and recommended them to others.

Now however I have sent a box from South Africa to my self in South Korea.
It should only take 11 days and it is now 14 working days or 18 non working days.
I have emailed a number of times and always the exact same response. your goods are in transit to South Korea.

Seven seas refuse to give me my UPS reference number as it is not their company policy, but they cannot tell me where my box is. They keep saying it is in transit. WHERE?!?!?!?!?! AND WHY DON'T I HAVE IT?!

Please advise exactly when I will receive my box and where it is or provide me with the means to contact them myself.

This is unacceptable. I am not receiving the service I have paid for. This really is a matter of urgency now as all of my winter clothing is in my box and I would appreciate a call back ASAP.

I am very disappointed in this and frankly am embarrassed to have recommended your service to others in the past.
