Sadly, I have to complain about Toyota, not the car, but the PMBurg Dealership. Dropped my wife's Yaris at 06h55 today. Received sms's thru out the day on progress. On phoning at 3 pm told, service is in progress. Same story at 4 pm. Left contact details, which they have, asked Workshop F/Man to pls contact me. Nothing. At 4.30 spoke with Spike, wow, some hope, 1st person to offer and actually go and check on 'progress' He phoned back within 3 min's, and said car should be ready at 4.50pm
Decided to leave the car overnight (By the way, it was a 15 000 km service, normally done in 1.5 hours)
I am one of the proudest Toyota owners, BUT, NEVER again will I deal with this pathetic bunch.
Pls pass this Complaint on to them. Like recent bad service I received with my Fortuner being in for a full day for a 20 000km service and a Nudge Bar, that never happened, I went back for more. Same story, Big rush just before closing time.
Trying to save fuel driving to Howick Toyota like in the past 5 years - My own fault. Worth the 70km round trip
