I am currently dealing with a very frustrating event with Outsurance where they have been dishonest in terms of delivery and not having my interests at heart at all. This is SLOWlLY being addressed.
What I can tell you though is Volvo Bedfordview, who this has nothing to do with, have come to my rescue and ensured that my family and I can go away this weekend - that is what I call "bending over backwards"!!
When I asked Outsurance to make good on their inefficiencies, I was told "it will be for your own account sir", this after I've been with them for almost 10 years and been claim free for over 6 years.
I am currently a very VERY PROUD owner of a Volvo! Thank you Bedfordview.
