23 Seater Crafter, went for a mayor service. They scratched, dented, left the vehicle filthy, disgusting, greasy etc... they let me loose revenue... they held onto the vehicle for /- 1 Month. Pathetic excuse upon excuses, no empathy, no customer service, just and rehearsed words in reply. This company makes themselves out to be a market leader, but I was informed that they couldn't fix it themselves and outsourced a subcontractor. R50, 000can buy me another vehicle, and what do I get, TREATED with sarcastic comments and spoken at and NOT TO. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC... WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DOES ANYONE OUT THERE WANT TO OFFER THESE PEOPLE A FREE COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE... THEY CANT EVEN SPELL CUSTOMER SERVICE... ITS BEYOND THEIR scope... and apparently so IS Working on a VW...
