We asked for a quote from Midvaal Precast Walling on the 7 July 2013. After a long session of when they will start and what needed to be done, we paid the deposit into their account. With arrival of Dolf team he told us that the guy who did the quote " quoted like his and that he Dolf / Adolf greying is the owner and heads are going to roll when he gets back at the office. Dolf even said he wouldn't take the job if he had done the quote. The person who did the quote was actually his boss Johan we later found out and that Dolf is not the owner of the company. It was a continued back and forth between him and Johan to get a answer of what is going on. They eventually paid back our deposit but subtracted a R 1000.00. Took them 6days to pay back the deposit, after numerous calls we made at our expense. We asked for what the R 1000.00 deduction was from our deposit. No work was done. It was a internal dispute between their management not from our side. We see this type of behaviour as unacceptable and very very very unprofessional. from a company bigger than Midvaal Precast walling.
