Very bad communication with DHL Express

I have called back numerous times and he rudely interrupt when am talking or rather complaining about the bad service i have received, since m, y parcel was send froM UK.

He even goes to an extent calling me (this woman) he is a chauvinist..i wonder if women are not allowed to call and talk to the people who represent DHL concerning their parcel..

I called again and he acknowledge that he cut off my call..and still raises his voice..just because he is the supervisor..

I called him, back seconds after he hanged up on me on 0119230350 and he didn't pick the call again... It goes to another department ..They put me thru to him again and soon as he heard my voice, as rude as usual, i ask to speak to his superior, he told me to hold a second his putting me thru and that was the end since he dropped my call.

Called back immediately the phone just rings... there was no answer...
