Bad service

Tracking No. T194438158ZA. I have send a package from Piet Retief on the 03 Oct 2013 time: 11:00 for next day counter to counter service. The package only arrive there 4 days later 07 Oct 2013. I have phoned Speed Service and spoke to Ivy and said the bakkie broke and that the package will only be there on Monday. I said that is not the service I paid for. She said she will keep me up to date. And never did! Phoned again 7 Oct. And spoke to Maliqa and asd way my package late and said that I have entered it to late at the postoffice. I said it was on time at the posoffice. She comes up with lots of stories. I asked her to get her supervisor Msipo to phone me. Msipo never phoned me so I phoned and told her everything and said she will get back to me. A guy phoned me and toke my quiry and said he will get back to me after he follwed up by the post office. I am still wait and no responds from them any more. A persoon pay for a service and don't get it. That is fraut I like to get a refound because I didn't get what I paid for!!!
