My wife's car went for a service. She hardly uses her car. They are upfront as to what the procedure for the day is. They call you throughout the day, to let you know what needs to be done - before just doing it, and expecting you to now pay. The rear wheel bearings were replaced last year Aug 2012 at Bosch Fourways. The wheel bearings needed to replaced again Oct 2013, as the bearings were not running smoothly due to the increased dirt and grime inside the bearing.. Mike waived the laour charge on the fitment of the bearings. The service is great, and everything is explained to you in a polite and understanding way. Here's to next year when we will be going back to get the car serviced. Thanks again Mike and Andrew for the great customer experience.
