We have a new POLO GTI that had a crack in the radiator (no answer given to how crack appeared or why)
VW arranged for the car to be collected from my house and towed to the store.
We were then told they had no courtesy cars available and stayed without a vehicle for 6 days.
Upon arrival on the 29.10.2013, My husband saw that the bumper had been taken out an not replaced and our mags had been scratched...
All that is said is that the car arrived like that. This is is worst customer service I have ever experienced, firstly we get no explanation as to what happened to the radiator in the first place, then we are told we must stay without a vehicle for almost a week and promised everyday that the car would be ready the next day then we get there to see our car damaged an no one takes responsibility for this.
Highly unhappy customer!!!
