I have been dealing with this organisation since 2008. I have spent a lot of monies on repairs to my car. Last year I had work done and a service. One of the parts were put back and cable tied in my car. At the end of March this part came off and fell onto my cables and was burnt. I went back to the garage to only find out again that there were new staff. I spoke to Braam who has been trying to organise a replacement but am still waiting. It is going on 2 months and I still have not had this sorted. My car is overheating and this has now caused my Radiator to crack. I replaced the Radiator not even 2 years ago. I was told not having this part it would do no damage to my car. I am afraid this is not true. Last year I broke down twice and had to be towed. I have been cheated on getting good service and repairs to my car which I am still paying off. I have requested a meeting with the CEO of the company but nothing has come of it. I am constantly been told that they are organising a meeting for me. Most of the work I have had done has not been done 100%. Hence the breaking down of my vehicle etc. I want my car sorted and fixed 100%. This is unacceptable and a disgrace to the motor Ind
