CAR STILL LOSING POWER

MY CAR HAS BEEN BOOKED IN TWICE IN THE LAST 4WEEKS FOR A CHECK UP AND FOR THOSE TWO DAYS I HAD NO CAR WHAT SO EVER. I CONSULT SO THERE FORE A DAY WITHOUT A CAR COSTS ME MONEY AS MY JOB REQUIRES A CAR. AFTER MY VAR WAS SENT IN AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE ORANGE ENGINE FAILURE SIGN THAT KEEPS POPING UP, ITS STILL COMING OUT WHEN IM DRIVING AND I REALLY THINK ITS DANGEROUS AS THE CAR LOSSES POWER ETC. THIS IS BMW'S FAULT NOT MINE, NOW I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AS I CANNOT WASTE ANOTHER DAY SITTING AND DOING NOTHING WITHOUT A CAR. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE COME UP WITH A SOLUTION TO THIS!! I DONT HAVE A 8-4:30 OFFICE BASED JOB AS I WAS TOLD TO BOOK THE CAR IN AGAIN.
