Unclear Vehicle Drop Off Address and Directions

Wheel clamp charge of R650 is not acceptable: After several calls to your Head office and OR Tambo office I am not accepting responsibility for the wrong directions to the vehicle drop off after I phoned on Thursday 24 October 2013. The paperwork provided has no clear indication of the address where the car should be delivered. Therefore I phoned and was told I need to drive to departures and as I enter the parking I will see a sign reading "First Car Rental". This was not the case. I had to drive around the airport again and then I phoned First Car Rental again and a kind gentlemen offered to meet me at the Departures parking. He wasn't on time and then I had to phone again and spoke to the manager who had no answer for the conundrum at hand. I couldn't wait any longer and had to go in to book into my flight. The consequence of all this "unclear procedure" was that I missed my flight. Therefore I had to wait another 3 hours and had to incur additional costs for a new flight to Cape Town. According to the paper work and recorded telephone calls you will notice that I tried my best but First Car Rental did not. Now I am invoiced for the wheel clamp charge of R650 at OR Tambo Airport
