About a week back we stopped by the Engine garage close to Epsom downs Bryanston, asked the attended to pour R100.00 93 unleaded, he confirmed 3 times R100.00 unleaded and I kept saying yes to my surprise the only poured R50.00 which went off my acc and never got any notification. I only realised as we were driving on the free way, furious as I was I decided to go back and to ask Auston why he poured R50.00 petrol with an attitude he asked me was this the reason why I came back? and I can report him if I want to I can do what ever I want. I asked to see the manager by the name of Itu who was on a call for about 20 mins, he was just careless and went on with his telephone conversation. When he was done I explained to him what had happened while another Joe who didn't have a clue how the problem begin just kept defending Auston and interrupting me as I was talking. Itu called Auston to come and apologize at 1st he refused, kept attending to other cars while Joe was arguing with me, finally Auston decided to come speak to the manager which was a waste of time really, employees with no respect for their manager or clients it's disgusting. Never ever going back there again.
