Car went in for scratch replairs, Terrence phoned and demanded that R1000 extra should be paid because he didn't quote enough for the insurance. I refused. Last time the company offered that they would do two extra repairs to the car, if they got the job again. Non of these promises were kept. When I asked about it Terrence behaved unprofessionaly by shouting at me and said that he made a loss on this deal. I told him that it wasn't my problem that they under quoted and that they should keep the promises that they make as a business. He kept on raising his voice for me and I was told that I was unprofessional, how the can a client be unprofessional? Also, I was promised that my car will be brought to my house, whereafter I would take one of them back. An hour before they closed they let me know that there was no driver and I had to make a plan to fetch the car, He clearly does not have a clue what the meaning of unprofessional is. So please watch out for Absolute Dents because I can guarantee you, that you will be humiliated by Terrence. His business is disgustingly unprofessional.
