After a previous Hello Peter complaint about bad after sales service we finally heard from the dealer regarding service. Not to hear if we are satisfied but to ask us to remove the post. They fixed most of the issues but have not re-inbursed our invoice we paid out of our own pocket. The car had almost no brakes. We paid for the brakes out of our own pocket and was reassured that we will be re-inbursed. 2 weeks later we are still waiting for the money to be paid to the shopfitter who replaced the breaks. We are now told via SMS that Mark has instructed the accountant to pay BUT only if we remove the Hello Peter comment/complaint.
