We own a freelander that was due for service on 10 October 2013. we phoned on 21 October to make an appointment because we were quite busy. we were informed that because we were 10 days overdue their is a penalty of R1200 rand and we needed to pay for the service, if it was 3 months and 20 000km overdue perhaps that can be accepted but 10 days? do they not have trust in their cars. we were made to feel like criminals and little children, this after we paid nearly R400 000 for the car. they even spoke about a probation period that sounded like we were now on parole. we have bought 6 landrover products the last 10 years, but I must say that other product are now becoming much more attractive. landrover has a superior attitude that stinks.
