Car rented from the airport for the weekend. On return, the vehicle was inspected and found to have nothing wrong. Then a few days later they phoned to inform me that the front mud flap was missing and that I will be liable for this, and it will be deducted from my deposit!!! I find this extremely unfair and improper as the vehicle was inspected infront of me and nothing was wrong while i was there, so there is no way of verifiying that it was actually caused by me or by one of their staff or new renters. i feel robed and can guarentee that i will never use their service or promote it to any of my clients as this is the second incidence this year!!
