Have you ever seen anything like this statement to build confidence in a brand, "Car Service City is proud to announce that our complaint rate has remained below 2% of all vehicles serviced within the group".? Complaints have a huge impact on any business reputation and regrefully i find myself part of the 2%!! I have a huge issue with this company and the way they handle complaints from a branch & even more concerning, from the master franchise holder level. You cannot speak to any of the directors or the complaints lady directly. You will be told they are unavailable. I have been without a car for over 2 months at a considerable cost and they just don't care. The worst thing for any business is people "bad mouthing" or complaining publicly. You would think they would respond swiftly with effort to change the complaint into a compliment but NO, they do nothing. Car Service City is an embarrassment to the motor industry & the franchise association. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
