To personally collect my vehicle from my home & take the safety risk upon yourself and for constantly assiting me wherever I needed it with the bmw X1 was beyond fantastic service. I never imagined being in the situation I was in, its was my worst nightmare coming true. No one ever imagines being into buying a written off vehicle from a second hand dealer without being told about it and you truly made this very stressful time easier for me. Just because of your service, I will from now on only look at purchasing a bmw from your dealership and have recommended it to everyone I cross paths with. The funniest part is that my husband and I never imagined purchasing a bmw, it was right at the bottom of our list but you have completely changed that and we will indeed be buying one as soon as our legal battle with the guy who sold us this vehicle is over.
