I had to send my car back to the club motors panel shop after it has been in for hail damage.the blue tooth was no longer working? i reported this and George, workshop manger, had me book my car in Thursday 11 April.by midday I had not received an update so decided to call them and was advised that they were not able to fix the problem but hat I had to book my car in again as they need to send it off to their diagnostic centre.it was then booked in yesterday 15 April.once gain around 14h30 I had no feedback called them and they cold or give me an plate.i was called at 16h25 to be advised hat I wold have my car back 16 April.i also left a message for the manager Charles Basson wo is yet to return my call.i am very disappointed at he service received by BMW!
