Telephonic apology received by senior person, Durban Region Manager - for breach of contract, letter sent via La Lucia Mall Postnet.to Jo'burg, documentation needed by specific date, for travelling overseas, not delivered, at cost to ourselves.
I was promised verbally, by him, a refund. This never happened, nor was the fully report which was promised by the same person would be sent to me ever received. My query email was ignored, no response. Happy Anniversay, it is one year since the promise was made, still no refund received!!!
