Suspension Problem

Good Day

I am experiencing a knock on my suspension, after numerous requests to have it sorted out and also taken the car to be inspected and repaired it is still there

i am writing this complaint as this is unacceptable that i have to deal with this problem over and over again, i only have the car for 2 years and having been in and out of the dealership for 4 to 5 times in total, what is the point of me having a warranty.

i am starting to think that my vehicle was in an accident before i bought it and as a first time owner of VW i am very dissapointed.
