I ordered a Windows Surface Pro tablet, from Shawn (071 749 64 26) at Direct Phone Shop on Wednesday the 13th of June. Paid for it and received tracking details saying that it is being shipped by Simply Logistic Services from Kenya!

Thursday received SARS invoice from Simply Logistic Services for customs and clearance and a call from Linda (078 126 08 14) at courier. Checked with Shawn and he convinced me to pay. Stupid me!

Friday received another email to pay some more for customs. I refused and threatened to report. I received very forceful emails and calls from Linda, while Shawn apologized and asked me to pay.

Asked for MD's contact details [Email Removed] and received an email from a Phillip Van Rooyen, also apologizing and asking me to pay. Again I refused and told them to sort this out.

Still no tablet!!!
