I bought a Cerato Koup in July from Kia Motors in Randburg and in less that 3 months that I bought car, there was a fault with the clutch and they've taken it in since friday 18 October 2013 i still do not have a car today.branch manager Brian told me that there is nothing they can help me with until they've finished with other cars and now I'm stuck in the rain with no transport to go home in this rain.
This by far is the worst service I've ever received from a dealership especially after they've sold you the car they dont care what happens to you as long as they've got your money you can go jump off a cliff as far as they are concerned.
Qute frankly I'm sick and tired of this abuse.
