No service, no joy

Very disappointment with the service received so far. Up to date I have called head office twice and the Fourways branch 3 times to get a physical copy of a quote on my property window emailed to me. Every time my details are confirmed and I am assured that the email will be sent and a confirmation call will be made. Up to date I am still waiting to receive either.
