Poor Service and parts swapped at Mercedes Durban

My Vito Crewcab went in Mercedes Commercial Durban for the rear suspension to be repaired and came back with the interior parts broken.

Right electric windows and switch broken, dash console swapped and not fitted correctly, door panel creased and cup holder not opening, front left brake anti rattle clip removed.

Mercedes had no business inside my vehicle, why then would they interfere with the interior other than to swap parts. The workshop foreman admitted that the faults were not there when the vehicle was booked in and to date has not made any attempt to rectify these faults.
Mercedes customer services has not responded to my complaints, nor do they returns calls.
This is not the first time I had to go through this disgusting service from Mercedes Commercial Riverhorse Valley Durban.
On my previous repair the rear wheel nuts were missing and the nuts that were on were not tightened.
This action has put the lives of my wife and kids in extreme danger.
The workshop manager did not even apology for the shoddy service, they just replaced nuts (not the original) and returned the vehicle.
The Mercedes brand is being let down by shoddy workmanship and lack of customer service.
