I would like to report my terrible service at your centre, i was there this morning to get a quote to repair my vehicle Reg CF 87 KM GP. a guy by the name of lewellyn assisted, he is very unprofessional, took down my details gave me an estimate of R15000.00 to repair my door and bootlid, i told him ill be paying cash, he said he needs 50 % dep to give me awritten quote agreed to it he even said it will be about 10000.00 that i need to pay . he will email me the quote . now 3 pm still no qoute so i called him, he says the quote is 43000.00 and that 15000 was an estimate . how the do you estimate with so big deifference the damage on my car is not even noticeable
