Samkelo does not get it. For a branch manager to respond 43 days after my follow- up comments and focus on petty issues. The problem here is a lack of service, integrity- I don't care about recovering money for my property! Why bother when I dealing with an oblivious individual. The issue is that Samkelo and his branch did not adhere to their policies! 1. service manager said my property is safe and did not give my documents to sign to waiver loss of property 2. my car was used during the 5 week period of repairs. 3. No attempt to appease me the customer. 4. No attempt to admit mistakes and resolve the issue. 5. My car wasn't serviced nor were checks conducted after repairs b4 delivering the vehicle 2 customer (bands holding radiator) It's a disgrace that this is the type of individual who is in charge of a service institution/ dealership. as "good' a brand Mercedes Benz may be perceived to be, it is a complete disappointment because of the lack of customer centricity. its been 5 months since this issue began
