I have been emailing Mercedes Benz Financial Services in order to finalise my balloon payment. I have sent numerous emails to the correct addres, but they never have the courtesy of responding. Eventually I had to contact my dealership to resolve the issue - ie to which aacount the balloon payment should be sent, how much it is, how to get my vehicle registration papers back - things other car companies send you well in advance of the payment becoming due. Since paying the balloon payment two weeks have past and they have not bothered to reply to advise whether payment was received, when my vehicle registration papers will be sent to me, etc. NOTHING, it's like talking to a void. I am terribly disappointed in the lack of customer service from MB, would have expected better. So now I have paid for a car I don't have the registration papers to. Great, that's a large sum of money thrown down a drain - I can't even go across the border on holiday! I will never buy a MB again. And I will actively discourage anyone from doing so. Level of customer service exceeds pathetic.
