Called Customer care and got very shoddy response

Earlier this year my car was damaged during a service at Atlantis Nissan. One of the things that had to be done during the service and subsequent damage period when they had my car fixed was to fix the carpet. I did not have my car in total for a month. I had a loan car though.
So when i got my car back, i was notified that the "Carpet" issue has been resolved only to find the problem re-appearing again a few months later. So today i take my car to Nissan Hatfield (Due to me blatantly refusing to take my car to Atlantis ever again) and mention this to them to fix, so they called me and told me that my car will once again have to stay longer due to the fact that all the seats need be removed to straighten the carpet. Now i do not have a problem with this in principle, but once again due to shoddy work done previously i have to be inconvenienced again.

So i made the mistake of calling Nissan Customer care and spoke to a "Robin" told him the story and his first reaction was that's just how it is, it just takes time to do these things. I then mentioned i will rather opt complaining on Hellopeter, then suddenly he wanted to assist. Shows bad service all around. Nissan never Again!!!
